At Love Luxury, we strive for complete satisfaction with every designer purchase; however, if you are not entirely pleased, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. All returned pieces must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and designer packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item back into its original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring all authenticity cards and dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Secure Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid luxury courier label to your package and schedule a collection or drop it off at an authorized shipping point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
